2026 Events

Earth Day Cleanup – April 18, 2026
What started as a small neighborhood cleanup has now turned into a full town cleanup with the EG Parks Department joining in to make it a much bigger and more successful event. Join us to help clean up EG.

Plant Swap & Swig – May 9, 2026, 4pm
Spring is the time to start planting and organizing your garden, come have a drink, bring your plants (labeled) and/or come take a new one. You don’t have to bring anything to participate, you can just come and enjoy a nice drink. This year we will be meeting on Hyland.

Yard Sale – May 16, 2026 
Every year we come together as a community to sell our used items either from our homes or from a table setup on Academy Field.

National Night Out – TBD
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. This is a great event for kids where we have food trucks, games, and a dunk tank.

Block Party – TBD
Our annual Block Party is a great way to meet new neighbors and come together for food, drinks, music and games. We block off a street to allow for maximum enjoyment and safety.

Halloween – October 31, 2026
Our annual Halloween event is a great opportunity to have a place to gather before or after trick-or-treating. We hope to have food trucks to help with dinner so you can focus on helping your kids get ready for the big night.
