2025 Events

New Year Party – January 16, 2025
Our Holiday Party offers the community another chance to get together and celebrate the holidays and a fresh start to the new year.

Earth Day Cleanup – TBD
What started as a small neighborhood cleanup has now turned into a full town cleanup with the EG Parks Department joining in to make it a much bigger and more successful event. Join us to help clean up EG.

Plant Swap – May 4, 2025
Spring is the time to start planting and organizing your garden, bring your plants (labeled) and come take a new one. You don’t have to bring anything to participate. All leftover plants will be donated to the Cindywood Garden Club for their annual Plant Sale.

Yard Sale – May 17, 2025
Every year we come together as a community to sell our used items either from our homes or from a table setup on Academy Field. Your membership dues include a spot on the map or a place to set up on the field.

National Night Out – August 5, 2025
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. This is a great event for kids where we have food trucks, games, and a dunk tank sponsored by our local Taylor Rental.

Block Party – September 27, 2025
Our annual Block Party is a great way to meet new neighbors and come together for food, drinks, music and games. We block off a street (typically Somerset St) to allow for maximum enjoyment and safety.

Halloween – October 31, 2025
Our annual Halloween event is a great opportunity to have a place to gather before or after trick-or-treating. We have food trucks to help with dinner so you can focus on helping your kids get ready for the big night.
